  • βœ“Repayment terms of up to 42 months
  • βœ“Eligible vehicles: 2016 model or newer
  • βœ“Fast approval within 24 hours

Not a rental

You're building an asset, not renting a car

Ownership is built into the financing from the very first day you drive.

Day one

Joint logbook ownership

Your name goes onto the logbook alongside HAKKI AFRICA's from the moment you start driving.

Through your tenure

You're building equity

Every repayment grows your ownership share in the vehicle β€” not a landlord's.

End of tenure

Full ownership, transferred to you

Complete your repayment schedule and the logbook transfers fully into your name.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to already be driving for Bolt to apply?

No. We finance both existing driver-partners and drivers who want to start. If you're new, we'll guide you through onboarding to the ridehailing platform.

Can I use any car, or does it need to meet specific requirements?

Your vehicle needs to meet the ridehailing platform's requirements (age, condition and category). Our team can help you confirm a car qualifies before you commit.

What happens if my driving earnings are lower some weeks?

Talk to us as early as possible. We review each case individually and work with you to keep your loan on track.

Am I renting the car, or do I actually own it?

You're building an asset, not renting. From day one, you're named as a joint owner on the logbook alongside HAKKI AFRICA. Once you complete your full repayment tenure, ownership transfers entirely to you.

When does the car become fully mine?

Full ownership transfers to you once you've completed your full repayment tenure. Joint ownership from day one means you're already building equity throughout the financing period.

How fast can I start driving?

Once your application and vehicle are approved, most drivers are on the road within days.
